Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Input and maintain data in the company's database and management software.
Verify and correct data where necessary, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
Coordinate with various departments to collect required data.
Regularly review and monitor database systems to ensure data security.
Compile, organize, and print reports on data.
Manage the flow of data and allocate tasks to data entry clerks.
Back up data regularly to prevent data loss.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor’s degree in relevant field can be an advantage.
Proven experience in data entry or similar position.
Fast typing skills and knowledge of touch typing system is preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Office and database systems.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
