Robert Half Donor Relations in Irving, Texas
Description We are offering a contract for a Donor Relations role based in Irving, Texas, United States. The successful candidate will be involved in various functions including donor management, project development, event planning, and administrative support, among others.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver frontline and administrative support to ensure timely completion of projects, and maintain a working knowledge of databases such as Blackbaud or equivalent CRM tools
• Support the Founders/CEOs and other development personnel in maintaining and cultivating donor relationships through various channels such as telephone calls, emails, cards, letters, and scheduling meetings
• Play an active role in event planning, ensuring consistent attention and proactive planning for fundraising events and outreach methods, which are necessary components of the organization
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature
• Provide administrative support to the CEOs, including correspondence, records & file keeping, research, and more
• Assist the CEOs in managing their commitments and responsibilities, acting as a "barometer" for issues taking place in the environment and keeping the CEO updated
• Provide sophisticated calendar management for CEO, prioritizing inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts
• Coordinate and supervise interns and volunteers, ensuring smooth operations within the organization
• Offer hospitality to all guests and contribute to creating a welcoming environment in the office. Requirements • Job Title: Donor Relations
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated ability in Administrative Assistance
• Proficiency in Administrative Office tasks
• Experience in providing Back Office Support
• Strong skills in Data Entry
• Ability to Maintain Office Supplies efficiently
• Experience in handling Switchboard - Phones with 10 - 30 Lines
• Proven ability in taking Meeting Notes
• Proficiency in Office tools
• Advanced skills in Spreadsheet software TalentMatch®
