Robert Half Financial Analyst in Irving, Texas

Description

The Financial Analyst will be able to develop, prepare, and analyze data for financial management, financial reporting, and treasury.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Develops, analyzes, and prepares periodic financial statements for timely distribution to management.

• Monitors performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances.

• Develops and implements dashboard reports using Business Intelligence Tool.

• Develops tools and reports for expense management – including assisting each department with head-on expense analysis.

• Assists with daily cash management and treasury functions.

• Assists with budget preparation, financial forecasting, and modeling.

• Prepares periodic presentations for management.

• Assists with related special projects as required.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in accounting, finance, or equivalent.

• 1-3+ years of experience working in Corporate Finance, FP& A, or financial operations.

• Proficient in Oracle PBCS, SQL, and Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
