Robert Half HR Coordinator in Irving, Texas

Description We are in the process of recruiting an HR Coordinator for our hotel operations located in Irving, Texas, United States. The role is based on a short-term contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for managing the full onboarding process, from paperwork to system access setup. The role also includes liaising with various departments to ensure a seamless integration of new employees into the company.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the full onboarding process, including paperwork, payroll addition, and system access setup.

• Conducting introductory tours for new employees.

• Arranging necessary office equipment and parking passes for new employees.

• Collaborating with IT for login credentials, workspace arrangement, and office supply provision.

• Overseeing offboarding procedures, including termination notification and record management.

• Handling diverse shifting duties and tasks with confidence.

• Navigating multiple platforms with ease due to strong tech proficiency.

• Demonstrating excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Displaying strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Administering various HR-related software and systems such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, About Time, Background Checks, Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Ceridian and HRMS software

• Knowledge and proficiency in using the 'About Time' software

• Ability to conduct thorough and accurate Background Checks

• Understanding of Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration

• Ability to ensure Compliance in all HR-related activities.
