Job Description:
As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategies and initiatives. You will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for employee development.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Support employee performance management and career development programs.
Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts as needed.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics and promote a positive workplace culture.
Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (5+ years preferred).
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
