Description
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in the SaaS industry, based in Irving, Texas. As the CFO, you will be a key player in managing our financial operations, providing strategic guidance on financial decisions, and ensuring compliance with financial laws and guidelines. This position offers a hybrid work schedule: 4 days a week onsite in Irving, TX.
Interim CFO-Chief Financial Officer (contract role):
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting functions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze financial statements for insights and to guide business decisions.
• Manage budget processes and capital management to optimize resources.
• Conduct cash flow analysis to ensure financial stability and growth.
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and CRM to automate and streamline operations.
• Conduct auditing activities to ensure transparency and adherence to financial laws and regulations.
• Oversee consolidations and statutory reporting for both domestic and international entities.
• Implement and comply with ASC 606 for detailed revenue accounting and analysis.
• Use Sage Intacct and other relevant tools for effective financial management.
• Manage deferred revenue and ensure its accurate reporting in financial statements.
• Apply knowledge of International Accounting in managing and reporting financial activities across various entities.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
• Auditing experience
• In-depth knowledge of Budget Processes
• Expertise in Capital Management
• Ability to conduct Cash Flow Analysis
• Skills to Analyze Financial Statements
• Experience with Consolidations
• Knowledge of International Accounting standards and practices
• Proficiency in using Sage Intacct
• Familiarity with ASC 606
• Understanding of Deferred Revenue management
