Network Engineer in Irving, Texas
Description Someone who has a strong interest in networking hardware and software will find a great opportunity in this position! Are you well versed in interfacing, security, Internet protocols and server and network infrastructure? Robert Half is seeking a Network Engineer with a high attention to detail and a passion for the Manufacturing field. This Network Engineer role is a full-time employment opportunity located in the Irving, Texas area.
Use traditional and creative methods to engineer enterprise data, voice and video networks
Collaborate with vendors, clients, carriers and technical staff on the implementation, optimization and ongoing management of networks
Provide high-level support and technical expertise in networking technology, including hardware, hubs, bridges and routers
Manage a secure transfer of data to multiple locations by way of internal and external networks
Initiate and implement network test facilities Requirements - Networking experience
Familiar with network design and implementation strategies
Deep understanding of Cisco Certified Network
Solid understanding of Checkpoint
