Robert Half Payroll Specialist in Irving, Texas

Description Robert Half full-time Engagement Professionals is looking to full-time a Payroll Specialist to join our practice. This is a full-time position with Robert Half performing project based work for our clients with the added benefit of being a full-time employee with fortune 500 benefits and are compensated between projects.

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for but not limited to:

Gather information on hours worked for each employee Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed Prepare and execute pay orders through an electronic system or distribute paychecks Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper Process taxes and payment of employee benefits Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new full-time information etc. Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc. Requirements PeopleSoft, ADP Online, bi-Monthly Payroll, Full Cycle Payroll, Multi-state Payroll, Multistate Payroll, Payroll, Payroll - Over 500 Employees, Payroll - Multi-State
