Description
We are seeking a Project Accountant - AP/AR candidate. This person should have some strong AP/AR experience particularly in the construction or Project Billing area! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling project billing and accounting, and utilizing various accounting software systems.
Our client prefers candidates from Engineering, Construction or Architectural type industries. We offer great benefits 401k and a very competitive salary. Degree only a plus
Responsibilities:
• Handle project billing and project accounting tasks.
• Utilize accounting software systems such as QuickBooks, and QuickBooks Online.
• Carry out tasks involving Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
• Manage accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts or billing.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all financial regulations and procedures.

Requirements
• Proficiency in Quickbooks Online and QuickBooks accounting software is required Preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
