Description Key Responsibilities: • Ensure an outstanding level of customer service by providing direct IT support to customers, and supporting projects under Project Manger’s supervision. • Promote excellent customer service, effective response times, and provide expert insights into general support issues. • Enforce quality of service guidelines for dealing with customers, completing services, and overall customer satisfaction. • Travel to customer locations to install router, switch, firewall, and wireless access points. • Communicate with external vendors to manage WAN circuit installations. • Communicate with Audio Visual system integrator to trouble shoot issues. • Analyzing and identifying trends in issue reporting, and devising preventative solutions. Expected to offer suggestions for any noted process improvements, and develop the new procedures. • Investigate suspected security events or vulnerabilities reported by PSOC and CSIRT teams. • Other duties as assigned by Department Director. The right candidate will possess: • Experience with design, implementation, and troubleshooting: WAN, LAN Wireless LAN Connectivity, routers, firewall, wireless access points, video conferencing endpoint and audio visual systems. • Experience in dealing with difficult interpersonal situations regarding support issues. • Analytical thought process, and capability of working effectively based on management direction, as well as within teams, and the ability to effectively communicate with internal technology teams and users. • Strong organizational skills, and a sense of work quality and service improvement. • Strong background in Information Security. • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, to support customers, report to upper management, as well as to effectively work with the team.
