We are seeking an experienced call-center Quality Assurance Manager for a Client Service Center in Irving, TX that will lead a team in assessing, coaching, and implementing quality standards for inbound/outbound calls and written correspondence!
In this role, the successful incumbent will:
· Build, implement, and manage quality requirements, standards, methodologies, and procedures
· Lead and empower the team to drive Quality metrics and goals; create a positive and collaborative work environment, build a strong team spirit, and cultivate collaboration within the team and business partners and upholding the Louis Vuitton Service Commitments
· Proactively ensures teams are fully proficient in all-new operational/business updates/ Knowledge updates to ensure commitment to key performance indicator (KPI) metric targets
· Ensure the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly quality assurance tasks, monitors project results to determine compliance with quality standards, and ensure delivery of project results and services
· Apply Quality reporting and trends to provide qualitative feedback
Requirements
· 5+ years of Quality Assurance managerial experience in a call-center environment
· 4+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Solution-orientated approach
· Experience leading employer branding initiatives
