Description Are you an enterprising, experienced, and passionate about accounting? Robert Half is seeking an Accounting Manager for an immediate hire for a respectable company that is quickly expanding. In this position, you will be responsible for leading daily operations such as preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger system, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties. Preferably, you should be able to establish and scale company accounting and finance operations. What you get to do every single day

• Prepare a variety of technical accounting analyses, policies, and procedures

• Regular review and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts owned by Senior Accountant

• Assist in preparing GAAP financial statements through data analysis, document preparation, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes

• Play a key role in the implementation of NetSuite Financials, which includes system and process design, data migration, testing, training, and go-forward system administration

• Drive and manage the full accounting team performance of the close process to meet close deadlines

• Possessing a thorough knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

• Collaborate with FP& A and accounting management to deliver relevant and timely reporting of financial data analytics, including monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook Requirements - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Demonstrated technology and analytical abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience

• Advanced credentials such as a Masters of Business Administration / MBA or Certified Public Accountant / CPA are preferred

• 10+ years of recent relevant financial experience

• Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

• SAP experience required

• C-Suite experience

• Deep understanding of business review documents
