Robert Half Senior Treasury Analyst in Irving, Texas
Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Treasury Analyst in the retail industry based in Irving, Texas. In this role, you will be expected to make tactical decisions independently, analyze daily banking activity, manage treasury projects, and address daily ad hoc issues.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and interpret daily banking activity to provide valuable insights for managerial decision making.
• Develop and manage analytical models used for cash control and financial forecasting.
• Plan and execute daily transfers, ensuring optimal cash distribution across accounts.
• Handle and resolve daily ad hoc issues, ensuring smooth treasury operations.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments for effective treasury management.
• Contribute to treasury projects by proposing and implementing effective strategies and activities.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications.
• Monitor customer accounts, identify anomalies, and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Continuously revise and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of treasury operations.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Demonstrated experience in Treasury and Treasury Operations is necessary
• Knowledge and experience in handling Treasury Activities
• Experience in Cash Applications is preferred
• Familiarity with retail industry standards and practices is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• High level of attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role in the retail industry is advantageous.
