Description We are offering a unique opportunity for a detail oriented with a background in Systems Engineering to join our team in the Mortgage Companies industry located in Irving, Texas. The role will involve planning, architecture, design, deployment, and troubleshooting of Windows Infrastructure Systems, with a focus on integrating modern cloud technologies, particularly Azure, into the company's infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement application, architectural, or infrastructure system designs in line with enterprise standards.

• Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for Windows Server systems.

• Execute advanced configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of large-scale Microsoft systems.

• Integrate and manage cloud technologies, particularly Azure, into existing infrastructure.

• Conduct advanced scripting for system automation and cloud environment optimizations.

• Review existing system architecture, propose improvements, and validate the security and efficiency of cloud integrations.

• Stay updated with new cloud technologies to ensure the company remains current with industry advancements.

• Assist in strategic planning of cloud infrastructure, including Azure, to meet current and future business needs.

• Participate in an on-call rotation schedule to ensure 24/7 support for critical network and system infrastructure. Requirements Minimum of 7 years of experience working within an enterprise environment (2,000 - 4,000 end users) 7+ years in a corporate environment, with significant experience in cloud platforms, particularly Entra ID \Azure. Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, Information Technology, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Microsoft and other relevant certifications are a plus. 8+ years Information Security experience, with strong focus in directory services platforms (e.g. Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, OKTA, Microsoft Office365) Detailed knowledge and experience in enabling and supporting integrated Entra ID applications, Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Conditional Access Policies Detailed knowledge and experience in supporting cloud joined, hybrid joined, and multi-domain enterprise directory services platforms based on best practices Detailed knowledge and experience with automating processes by leveraging out of box capabilities, PowerShell/Python scripting, Microsoft Graph, and PowerBI Experience with Agile methodologies and corresponding Agile based tools. Proven ability to influence and gain trust at senior management levels in multi-cultural environments. Ability to manage complex activities simultaneously to short timescales. Ability to demonstrate continuous improvement Unix/Linux system administrator or engineering experience. Implement and operate a complex single sign-on SAML/OAuth-based central authentication platform.
