Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a PC Technician in Irwindale, California. This role involves assembling and configuring computers, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining the organization of the work area.
Responsibilities:
• Assemble and configure computers, operating systems, and peripherals using appropriate tools.
• Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Facilitate technical support communications between outbound teams and vendors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Utilize skills in Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Microsoft, Networking, Operating System, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments, and Deskside Support. Requirements • Familiarity with Dell Technologies
• Knowledge of EO/IR systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft products
• Understanding of Networking concepts
• Experience with different Operating Systems
• Familiarity with Active Directory
• Knowledge of Computer Hardware
• Experience in Configuration Management
• Ability to handle Deployments
• Experience in Deskside Support
