Robert Half Customer Service Administrator in Issaquah, Washington


Robert Half Direct is seeking a full-time Customer Service Administrator (CSA) who will work with a wide variety of customers, directly interfacing with all levels of customer organizations in an E-commerce setting. We are seeking a team player who will enjoy working in a small office environment, building solid customer relationships and providing excellent customer service. This position will involve a high degree of flexibility and multi-tasking as you will be trained to perform other departmental tasks.

  • Manage incoming calls responding to customer service related product information and inquiries

  • Assist customers with pricing inquiries, order status, warranty questions and payment applications.

  • Help Sales Manager in various roles of prospecting, targeting in efforts to achieve new business

  • Sets up internet orders from different platforms, recording sales information in a spreadsheet (daily numbers) and send orders to the warehouse to be processed for shipping

  • Attach applicable sales information to each order prior to shipment

  • Learn and maintain knowledge about company products, monitoring competitors pricing on their websites is important as well as seeking possible improvements on the website based on that analysis

  • Handle customer issues and questions, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

  • Take the extra mile to engage customers


  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment

  • Customer sales calls experience and learning about our products is essential

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

  • Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

  • Pro-active follow-up and attention to detail

  • Flexibility and ability to multi-task (cross-trained to perform other departmental tasks)
