Description
We are searching for a BI Analyst with strong Power BI and business analyst skills to join a growing team and work a hybrid schedule in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and maintaining data visualizations and reports that drive business intelligence across the organization.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience as a Power BI Analyst or Business Analyst working in Power BI
Proven ability to design and implement effective and user-friendly dashboards
Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices
Expertise in DAX language for creating custom calculations and measures
Experience with T-SQL or other database querying languages
Proficiency in working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Business Analyst Skills:
Experience in gathering business requirements through interviews, workshops, and user research
Ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills
