National Bank Seeking Reporting Analyst (1 Position)
Overview:
Do you have a keen eye for detail and a talent for transforming data into clear and compelling presentations? Our National Bank is seeking a highly organized Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team for a temporary, 20-week contract position (start date July 1st, 2024, end date December 2024). This role will play a critical role in supporting our recent BSA/AML compliance procedure update initiative.
Responsibilities:
Gather and consolidate data on the status of procedure updates from various sources (primarily Excel).
Utilize data analysis skills, potentially including tools like Power BI (experience preferred but not mandatory), to create informative reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Develop clear and concise visuals (charts, graphs) to effectively communicate the progress and completion of procedure updates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all reporting data.
Collaborate effectively with the Procedure Writer team and other team members to ensure all reporting needs are met.
Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proficiency in data management and analysis.
Excellent organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
Experience with Power BI a plus, but strong willingness to learn is highly valued.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
