Description
We are seeking an experienced Informatica Engineer to join our team and help us manage and optimize our Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) environment. If you have a strong background in IICS, Azure, and data analysis, and you are passionate about streamlining data processes and solving complex challenges, we encourage you to apply.
As an Informatica Engineer, you will play a critical role in enhancing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our data integration and analytics applications within our IICS environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless flow of data, maintain data quality, and resolve any issues efficiently. This position requires a deep understanding of IICS, Azure, data analysis, and the ability to adapt to evolving data integration requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
IICS Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services to design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions.
Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing insights to drive data-driven decisions.
Application Enhancements: Collaborate with the development team to identify and implement small enhancements or updates to data integration applications.
Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve issues within the IICS environment, ensuring data processes run smoothly.
Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize data integration processes to enhance efficiency and minimize data bottlenecks.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, developers, and business stakeholders, to understand and address data integration requirements.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Security and Compliance: Ensure data integration processes comply with security and compliance standards, including Azure security practices.
Training and Support: Provide guidance, training, and support to end-users and colleagues to maximize the efficiency of data integration processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and Azure cloud services.
Strong data analysis skills and the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration best practices.
Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other relevant scripting languages.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, particularly from an IICS perspective.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
Familiarity with data security and compliance standards, especially in an Azure environment.
Informatica certification is a plus but not required.
