Description The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion. This is a hybrid role, meaning you will work both in the office and on-site. Mainly on-site here in the riverside Jacksonville office.

Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of IT Projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution. Utilize project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project) to track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Leverage strong software development skills to effectively manage projects using hybrid (waterfall/agile) methodologies. Ensure adherence to project plans, budgets, and regulations. Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, providing clear and timely updates. Identify and manage project risks proactively. Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (required). More than 5 years of experience as a Project Manager (required). Proven experience managing projects using hybrid (waterfall/agile) methodologies (required). Strong software development skills (e.g., programming languages, scripting) (required). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the construction industry (a plus). Project Management detail oriented (PMP) certification (a plus). Experience working in a Business Analyst (BA) capacity (a plus). Experience as a Senior Project Manager (Level 2 or 3) (a plus). Experience in diverse industries, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability (a plus) Requirements Bachelor's degree (required). More than 5 years of experience as a Project Manager (required).
