Robert Half IT Support Specialist in Jacksonville, Florida
Description
We are in search of an IT Support Analyst for our Jacksonville, Florida team. The role entails delivering technical support in a dynamic environment, engaging in system administration projects, and providing systems-related training to users. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
Responsibilities:
• Work with the IT team and internal users to address IT support issues
• Independently and collaboratively troubleshoot, isolate, and diagnose network/systems problems
• Offer in-house and remote support for client-end systems, including design, development, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution
• Establish processes in the support environment
• Engage in software upgrades and system enhancements across the organization
• Seek out and apply improvements to systems, software, and processes
• Document and disseminate solutions and procedures to the team
• Undertake and complete projects with minimal oversight
• Create and maintain Windows 10 images; support Windows 10 on desktops and laptops
• Provide support to other IT teams as required
• Apply skills in Intune, MS Windows 10, Windows 11, Active Directory, and MS Office 365
• Help with training users and peers on systems-related matters.
This position is a contract-to-hire opportunity.
