Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Software Engineer with 8 or more years of experience to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying robust and scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot. You will collaborate with other engineers and product managers to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and translate them into high-quality code.

Requirements

8+ years of experience:

• Experience with Database management and operations

• Familiarity with API Development

• Proficient in Java programming language

• Knowledge and experience with Spring Boot

• Experience with ActiveMQ message-broker software

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work towards long-term goals

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
