How you will make an impact
Assign the right people with the right skills at the right time
Produce and execute on complex project plans and key milestones
Proactively identify and mitigate risks
Understand and manage project interdependencies
Lead cross functional projects across multiple systems or functions
Ensure project priorities align with strategies and objectives Requirements - Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
Minimum of 3+ years of relevant Project Management experience
Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement
Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
- We are particularly looking for candidates with experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs
Knowledge of Agile project management
Proven knowledge of Manage Project Plan
General familiarity with Complex Workflows
Well-founded grasp of Process Improvement Projects
Solid understanding of PMP Certification
Infrastructure Projects experience preferred
Practical knowledge of workflow processes
Deep understanding of Agile Scrum
Infrastructure Projects experience
Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines
We are particularly looking for candidates with a Project Management (PMP) certification
We need the person we hire to be familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies
Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight
- Proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools
Prior success in project management, supervisory leadership, and operational management
