Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in JANESVILLE, Wisconsin. This role operates within the retail industry and will consist of handling customer applications, maintaining records, and resolving customer inquiries. Our workplace environment requires a highly organized individual who can manage accounts and take necessary actions when needed.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process customer credit applications within the retail industry
• Implement the use of Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services for various accounting functions
• Utilize CRM and Epic Software to maintain accurate customer credit records
• Handle accounts receivable operations using ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Execute billing functions and manage cash handling activities
• Address customer inquiries and resolve them using appropriate tools and resources
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on account activity
• Use your skills in managing accounts receivable to ensure the smooth operation of our retail business. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with CRM
• Knowledge of Epic Software
• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Familiarity with Billing Functions
• Experience in Cash Activity
• Proficiency in Cash Handling
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• High degree of professionalism and integrity
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new processes and systems
• Must be able to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
