Description
Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in the Jasper, GA area that is looking to add a part- time HR Generalist to their team. As a Part-time HR Generalist, you will be the first point of contact for all HR related inquiries for a team of 125+ employees. You will play a crucial role in the maintaining and enhancement of the organization's human resources, fostering strong, positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
Your duties will include:
· Providing day-to-day HR support including (but not limited to); onboarding and offboarding of staff, handling HR questions, and resolving HR-related issues.
· Administering and explaining benefits to employees, serving as the liaison between employees and insurance providers.
· Providing coaching and guidance to improve employee engagement and uphold company culture.
· Keeping all HR files and databases up to date.
· Assisting in the implementation of company culture, values and polices.
Requirements
Qualifications:
· Extensive experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
· Experience with Paycor a plus·
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
· Experience with MS Office Suite is essential.
