Robert Half International Logistics Customer Service Coordinator in JEFFERSONVILLE, Indiana


OfficeTeam is seeking a Logistics Customer Service Coordinator to be the liaison between the warehouse and customer service department! The Logistics Customer Service Coordinator is a long-term temporary opportunity that could be temporary to hire in the future! The Logistics Customer Service Coordinator is approximately 30 hours per week, 8am - 3pm.

The Logistics Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Support Sales to ensure customer satisfaction with on time deliveries for both commercial and trial material

  • Receive & process customer orders

  • Provide assistance to customers for order changes and/or material issues

  • Input Information in SAP to create shipping documents

  • Track and communicate carrier or material delays to customers

  • Proficiency in order entry 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers with a success driven attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

  • Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

  • Experience using Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge of SAP would be helpful or another kind of ERP system

  • Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment
