Description
We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Jersey City, New Jersey. This role is essential to our team, where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through email correspondence, handling fraud and payment support, and ensuring smooth operation of our customer support associate tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Serving as the first point of contact for customers, answering inbound calls, email and live chat
• Assisting in fraud and payment support, assessing potential risks, and ensuring customer security.
• Utilizing data entry skills to process customer information, update records and manage customer accounts.
• Collaborating with the team to improve overall customer service and company performance.
• Utilizing a variety of software and systems proficiently to perform tasks effectively.
Requirements
MUST be available to work 6pm to 2am; weekends included (schedule rotates)
2 years of call center experience highly desired
