10 years experience in Infrastructure Project and Program Management

Experience managing large-scale 1M infrastructure projects

Experience working in a formalized PMO structure preferably with a Fortune 500 company.

Experience managing Disaster Recovery exercises and programs with application owners.

Recent experience with direct project management of projects responsible for all PM tasks not merely overseeing other PMs doing the hands-on work.

Azure cloud knowledge and experience

Agile/SAFe certified preferred

4yr college degree

Requirements

1 Track record of delivering infrastructure data center programs On prem and Azure preferred within a technically complex and dynamic environment.

2 Experience engaging multiple groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders

3 Working knowledge of Program Management tools and methodologies including Agile/Scrum/Kanban

1 Strong planning and organizational skills including the ability to manage several work elements and technical contributors simultaneously

2 Able to demonstrate strong ancillary management skills including financial management change management vendor management and facilitation

3 Ability to create executive dashboard reports

Key Components of Program and Responsibilities:

  1. Act as Business IT Resiliency Project Manager for the various infrastructure workstreams. Some examples:

a. Responsible for working in partnership with the Application Services Program Manager to ensure migration readiness throughout the project lifecycle.

b. Key participant in the application certification and documentation development Runbooks CMDB/APM

c. Coordinate DR certification governed by Resiliency Standards

d. Primary resource in coordinating the application certification and DR Operation Go Live

e. Coordinate the rationalization and application dependency and inventory requirements to facilitate the move to the new DC facility

f. Responsible for ensuring all necessary application configuration modifications are confirmed completebased on dependencies

g. Work closely with infrastructure IT to inventory list of applications for the migration effort

h. Schedule and coordinate the phases of the migration along with testing requirements and the scheduling of the cutovers

i. Ensure Quality control of project deliverables and artifacts specific to compliance and audit requirements are met

  1. Regular and clear communication and escalation to head of Global DR and other IT leadership

  2. Ensure stakeholder engagement accurate and detailed status updates and issue escalation.

  3. Identification of program/project gaps across the portfolio and execution of the work required to close them

  4. Management of changes to project scope and schedule and assurance that proper approvals are in place
