Robert Half International Human Resources (HR) Manager in Jersey City, New Jersey
Growing SaaS startup company in Jersey City is looking for an HR Manager to build out the Human Resource function in the U.S. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for heavy recruiting for sales and plan manager roles, will be owning the payroll and benefits process, creating and on-boarding structure, and employee relations. The HR manager will be a stand alone position to start reporting to the VP of Finance. Tons of growth opportunity and will be able to hire a team under them as the company grows! Candidate must be able to commute to Jersey City, NJ and company will offer a hybrid remote/ in office schedule. The HR manager should be reporting in the office at least 3 days a week.
4-6 minimum years, 7-9 years preferred
Must have worked for some type of Tech company
Startup experience or Midsized company preferred
Bachelor’s degree a must, SHRM preferred.
