Description This role prepares and consolidates financial statements, analyzes and reconciles accounts, analyzes cash flow, creates budgets and forecasts, prepares audits, and manages internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting to attain company goals. Coordinate Ad-hoc projects as necessary
Analyze financial information and report on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks)
Provide monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting
Formulate Balance Sheet account reconciliations
When working with business partners, ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls. Additionally, be able to provide support on special requests
Provide assistance in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external
Strong interest in continuously improving the automation of the accounting and reporting process
Engage in various department-wide initiatives
Produce error-free monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables such as journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP Requirements - Strong time management skills preferred
Self-starter and strong ethical standards
Prior experience in a public accounting environment is highly valued
Understanding of corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems required
Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel
BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred
Experience working in a dynamic and changing company environment a plus
Experience in SOX control execution/documentation
3-5 years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience
Ability to meet deadlines
Outstanding analytical, quantitative and social skills
Current and relevant ERP system experience
