Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Johns Island, South Carolina

Description

We are on the hunt for a diligent Customer Service Representative in Johns Island, South Carolina. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering inbound calls and ensuring a high level of customer service. You will also be tasked with data entry and dispatching duties in a call center environment. This role provides a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

• Accurately enter customer data into the system and maintain up-to-date records.

• Coordinate with the team to dispatch services as required.

• Demonstrate proficiency in using cloud-based systems.

• Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner, staying on task throughout the day.

• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for various administrative tasks.

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

• Process order entries accurately and efficiently.

• Schedule appointments as needed, ensuring a smooth and organized workflow.

• Perform dispatching duties effectively, ensuring efficient service delivery.

Requirements

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.

• Experience with data entry and order entry tasks.

• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively.

• Skilled in handling both inbound and outbound calls.

• Competence in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Ability to schedule appointments accurately and efficiently.

• Experience in dispatching tasks and coordinating with various teams.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.

• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong problem-solving ability.

• Excellent team player with the ability to work independently when required.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Must be able to demonstrate reliability and dependability through good attendance and punctuality.

• Must have a customer-focused attitude and enjoy interacting with customers.
