We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in the Construction/Contractor industry, located in North Charleston, South Carolina. You will be playing a pivotal role in recruiting for diverse profiles, from account managers to field crew members. This role is expected to be a 1–2-month project.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the Applicant Track System for efficient recruitment process management.

• Conduct background checks to ensure the authenticity of candidate information.

• Leverage platforms like Careerbuilder for sourcing potential candidates.

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now and ADP - Financial Services for managing recruitment related financial matters.

• Utilize CRM for maintaining and managing candidate relationship.

• Employ 'About Time' software for efficient time management during the recruitment process.

• Ensure clear and effective communication with potential candidates and team members.

• Oversee Benefit Functions related to the recruitment process.

• Monitor and take necessary actions for maintaining accurate customer credit records.

• Efficiently process customer credit applications.

Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Applicant Track System

• Ability to conduct comprehensive Background Checks

• Understanding of Benefit Functions

• Exceptional Communication skills

• Proficient in using Careerbuilder and CRM software

• Knowledge of About Time software

• Prior experience in a service industry is preferred

• HR Recruiter experience is an advantage

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification is a plus

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills

• Strong decision-making abilities

• Expertise in recruitment laws and practices

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Outstanding interpersonal and people skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and database management software.
