Description
Robert Half is seeking a Benefits Administrator for their Palm Beach Gardens area. This position will Administer benefits and compensation plans in compliance with regulations and contracts. Assist in benefits renewal, job description updates, and salary analysis
Prepare salary quotes, manage incentive plans, and provide analytical support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Finance
Compensation and/or benefits experience in a large organization
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, familiarity with HR principles, and ability to handle confidential matters
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively
