Robert Half Business Analyst II in Juno Beach, Florida


We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Juno Beach, Florida. This role will involve conducting comprehensive operational analyses to support strategic decision-making within our business unit. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the design, modification, and execution of business processes, as well as the development of detailed reports.


• Conduct moderate to complex operational analyses to support strategic decision making

• Lead medium to large special projects as required

• Carry out both quantitative and qualitative research to inform business decisions

• Design and modify business processes as necessary to enhance operational efficiency

• Develop comprehensive reports to present findings and recommendations

• Utilize a range of standardized tools and techniques in the execution of duties

• Validate plans and procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements

• Provide insights on staffing and onboarding procedures, with an emphasis on supplier relationships

• Contribute to the decision-making process within the business unit, leveraging analytical findings


• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

• Proficient in procedures development and implementation

• Experience in staff onboarding and management

• Strong ability to manage relationships with suppliers

• Proven track record in leading special projects

• Familiarity with commission functions

• Willingness to work onsite as required

• Exceptional decision-making skills

• Experience in managing expense accounts

• Ability to work effectively within a business unit

• Proficient in quantitative analysis

• Experience in developing and implementing validation plans

• Knowledge of cyber security measures

• Proficient in qualitative research methods

• Familiarity with NIS and NERC standards

• Experience in managing a contingent workforce

• Skilled in process design

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
