Robert Half Financial Analyst I in Juno Beach, Florida

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Financial Analyst I in Juno Beach, Florida. This role is in the financial industry and will involve a range of tasks including analyzing financial impacts and proposing strategies to maximize financial performance. The role also requires the ability to evaluate the impact of strategic and tactical resource allocation plans on the company's financial structure and competitive position.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and identify financial impacts of various decisions and issues within the company

• Propose strategies aimed at enhancing the company's financial performance

• Evaluate the impact of strategic and tactical resource allocation plans on the company's financial structure, profitability, and competitive position

• Conduct complex financial analysis to influence company decisions

• Maintain accurate records and validate plans for financial performance

• Collaborate with different business units to enhance financial processes

• Assist in the onboarding and staffing process by analyzing financial implications

• Manage supplier relationships and expense accounts to ensure financial efficiency

• Perform ad hoc financial procedures and planning processes as required

• Ensure compliance with accounting functions and adherence to financial procedures. Requirements • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related technical field is required; an MBA or CPA certification is preferred.

• Demonstrated knowledge of finance, accounting functions, and planning processes.

• Proficiency in performing ad hoc financial analysis and financial performance assessments.

• Experience with resource allocation, staffing, and working with suppliers.

• Familiarity with commission functions and managing expense accounts.

• Ability to work onsite and participate in onboarding processes.

• Experience in managing relationships with business units.

• Familiarity with validation plans and understanding of procedures.

• Knowledge of NIS and Nerc systems, and experience with cyber security protocols.

• Experience working with a contingent workforce.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
