Robert Half Lead Project Estimator in Juno Beach, Florida
Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Lead Project Estimator located in Juno Beach, Florida. The chosen candidate will be a part of our team, providing technical guidance, estimating knowledge, and market pricing during the estimating process.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and quantify costs while providing a comprehensive capital expenditure (CapEx) model for evaluating projects.
• Review designs and specifications for cost-effectiveness, suggesting alternatives when appropriate.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure understanding of project objectives and efficient utilization of resources.
• Stay current with technology and industry evolution to ensure that capital estimates anticipate the correct market conditions.
• Implement metrics for cost and construction estimate checks.
• Handle customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary.
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Provide guidance on staffing considerations during the estimating process.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in check processing and expense account management
• Solid understanding of Capital Management and CapEx
• Proven experience in staffing, particularly within the construction industry
• Ability to provide technical guidance and specification to team members
• Knowledge of market conditions and market pricing for accurate cost estimates
• Familiarity with NIS and Nerc systems
• Experience in handling Commision Functions
• Proficiency in metric reporting
• Strong knowledge of cyber security measures
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
