Description We are in search of a Project Manager - E& C to join our team in Juno Beach, Florida. This role is pivotal to our operations with responsibilities spanning across various aspects of project management, from field execution to staff management, and beyond. As a contract to hire position, this role is an excellent chance to showcase your skills in managing large-scale projects, particularly in the E& C industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring tasks are completed within the established timeframes and budgets.

• Maintain effective communication with all associated departments including Development, BM, PC Engr, ISC, etc.

• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are adhered to throughout the project lifespan.

• Manage project planning and cost management processes.

• Oversee the commissioning and startup of the facility, ensuring operations readiness.

• Act as a liaison for public relations and corporate communications at the site and community level.

• Represent the company in interactions with local, national, and international agencies and regulatory entities during the execution phase.

• Authorize all payments and CCO's for the company, ensuring proper administration of funds.

• Manage the staff and employee relations throughout the project, ensuring an effective and harmonious work environment.

• Handle contract administration, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and all procedures are followed.

This role requires a unique blend of skills including project management, time management, quality assurance, and public relations. Familiarity with PC OS, cost management, and contract administration will be crucial for success in this role. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Project Management, specifically within the E& C industry

• Proven skills in Operations and Planning, with an ability to oversee project procedures

• Experience with Payment Processing and Cost Management

• Excellent Quality Management and Validation Plan execution skills

• Proficiency in Onboarding and Staffing, including working with Suppliers

• Ability to manage Authorizations and Contract Administration

• Experience with Commission Functions and managing an Expense Account

• Familiarity with Business Unit operations and Entity Formation

• Proficient in the use of PC OS and Cyber technologies

• Knowledge of NIS and Nerc standards

• Strong Public Relations and Communication skills

• Excellent Time Management skills

• Ability to work Onsite as needed

• Experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
