Description We are looking for a committed Account Manager to join our team in Jupiter, Florida. In this role, you will be tasked with managing client accounts and developing strategies to boost financial growth. As an Account Manager, your main focus will be on financial planning, tax preparation and spreadsheet management. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive business growth
• Prepare tax documents and provide tax planning strategies
• Utilize spreadsheets to organize and analyze financial data
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to their accounts
• Monitor customer credit accounts and take necessary action for delinquent payments
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate customer credit records
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals. Requirements • Proficiency in using Spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with Tax Planning Strategies to optimize financial operations
• Experience in Tax Preparation and filing for diverse clientele
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and effective interaction
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proactive problem-solving skills to address client concerns and queries
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in all tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Proven experience in an Account Manager role or similar capacity
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to meet client needs
• Willingness to stay updated on latest industry trends and tax regulations
• Strong ethical standards and respect for confidentiality of client information.
