Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Jupiter, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various human resource functions including workers' compensation claims, payroll administration, and other HR-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process workers' compensation claims, ensuring all claims are handled in a timely and efficient manner • Administer payroll using ADP on a bi-weekly basis, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time • Handle basic HR functions, providing support to the HR team as needed • Maintain and update HR records and documents, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date • Respond to HR-related inquiries or requests promptly and professionally • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures • Collaborate with other departments or functions as necessary to resolve HR issues • Utilize human resources administration skills to enhance and improve HR processes and procedures • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to HR • Participate in HR projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the HR team. Requirements • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in HR administration • Proficient in using HR software and HRIS systems • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations • Ability to multitask and handle various HR projects simultaneously • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to guide HR initiatives • detail oriented certification in Human Resources is preferred
