Robert Half CFO - Chief Financial Officer in Kansas City, Missouri
Description We are in search of a CFO - Chief Financial Officer to join our team in the manufacturing industry located in KANSAS CITY, Missouri. In this role, you will manage all Accounting and Finance activities, ensuring the overall financial integrity of the general ledger. You will also lead and direct the Accounting and Finance staff, oversee cash flow management and be responsible for the financial close process.
Responsibilities
• Oversee all Accounting and Finance activities, ensuring the overall financial integrity of the general ledger
• Lead and direct the Accounting and Finance staff
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable, Payroll, Inventory management, Capital Project tracking, Fixed Assets, and Depreciation schedules
• Oversee cash flow management, tracking, and reconciliation of all bank accounts
• Review and guide all balance sheet accounts with their reconciliations, documentation, and organization
• Review and assess all accounting tasks and responsibilities, with improvement plans outlined and initiated, as needed
• Manage the financial close process for all periods
• Lead the year-end Financial Audit and Tax Audit review and completion
• Collaborate with senior management on the budget and/or forecasting plan for the subsequent fiscal year
• Provide Operational and Senior Management support to assist in developing KPI and Key management metrics
• Oversee ERP System upgrade plans and co-lead a successful implementation with the senior management team
• Lead all Insurance policy and coverage reviews, assessments reviewed per Business change, as needed and annually. Requirements Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, Business systems, CRM, Accounting Functions, Auditing, Budget Processes, Capital Management, Cash Flow Analysis
