Description
We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in KANSAS CITY, Missouri. This role is integral to our team in a busy collections office environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing quality service.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing customer service as needed.
• Undertake email correspondence with customers for inquiries and updates.
• Carefully update and maintain customer accounts in our database.
• Schedule appointments as required, ensuring smooth operations.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to manage and organize data.
• Provide in-person assistance to customers visiting the office.
• Conduct research on customer accounts when necessary.
• Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality with customer information.
• Work collaboratively within the team to improve customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service environment
• Proficient in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Experience in a call center customer service role
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
• Ability to maintain professional email correspondence
• Proficient in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• High level of patience and ability to deal with difficult customers
• Commitment to delivering high level of customer service.
