Robert Half HR Generalist in Kansas City, Missouri

Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a HR Generalist in Kansas City, Missouri. In this role, you will be required to collect and analyze data, prepare detailed reports, evaluate and improve administrative procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. You will also be coordinating resources and managing administrative projects, while providing administrative support to various departments. Responsibilities:

• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends and provide actionable insights

• Preparing detailed reports, summaries, and presentations for senior management

• Evaluating existing administrative procedures and recommending enhancements

• Implementing new processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness

• Developing, reviewing, and updating organizational policies and procedures

• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards

• Planning and managing administrative projects from inception to completion

• Coordinating resources, setting deadlines, and ensuring timely delivery of project objectives

• Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of budgets

• Analyzing financial data and providing insights on budgetary performance

• Providing administrative support to various departments as needed

• Serving as a liaison between different departments to facilitate communication and collaboration

• Coordinating meetings and preparing agendas

• Overseeing administration (including back-end) of team SharePoint Site and supporting lists/documents

• Overseeing work order database program.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR Generalist role or similar

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate and SharePoint

• Demonstrable experience in creating and delivering presentations

• Proven ability to coordinate and schedule meetings

• Experience in budget monitoring and management

• Proven ability to process work orders efficiently and accurately

• Strong data analysis skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred

• Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
