Key responsibilities

  • Oversee employee database records

  • Research the internet to uncover potential customers

  • Perform various administrative duties

  • Partake in new employee on-boarding orientation planning

Requirements

  • Approachable and appropriate interacting with staff at all levels in a rapidly changing environment

  • Skilled with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks

  • Experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills

  • Proven knowledge of Maintain Files

  • Knowledge of Packets

  • Practical knowledge of OSHA Record Keeping

  • Quality experience with Construction Documents

  • Calendar Management experience highly desired

  • Strong familiarity with switchboard phones from 1-10 lines

  • Well-founded grasp of personnel file maintenance

  • Foundational knowledge in Onboarding

  • New Hire Orientations experience desired

  • General familiarity with Personnel Records
