Your responsibilities in this role
Look after various office files and provide general office filing support
Handle and route all incoming phone calls
Arrange, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures
Create a fantastic first impression for visitors
Submit orders for office and kitchen supplies
Oversee various office files and provide general office filing support
Be an asset to other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
Have strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency Requirements - Supplies Inventory experience
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
General familiarity with Microsoft Office
Earlier work involving Clerical Duties
Scanning experience highly preferred
Command of calendar managements and scheduling appointments
Solid understanding of scheduling
Adeptness in Answering Multi-Line Phone System
Good understanding of Provide Clerical Support
Background working with Scanning Documents
Proficiency in Maintain Office Supplies
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Office supply and equipment ordering experience preferred
1+ years of related experience
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Energetic, intelligent, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
Incoming phone call management skills desired
Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
