Robert Half Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in Kapolei, Hawaii

Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity in the Waste, Refuse & Environmental Waste Mgt industry in Kapolei, Hawaii. The role is centered around financial planning and analysis management, requiring the successful candidate to manage financial operations, optimize project portfolios, and oversee accounting operations and loan compliance. Responsibilities:

• Managing financial operations related to a diverse portfolio of projects.

• Working closely with the technical asset manager to optimize financial performance.

• Overseeing the accounting operations and ensuring compliance with loan requirements.

• Supporting the business development efforts to build operation-ready facilities.

• Utilizing skills in 3M, Adaptive Insights, CapEx, and ERP for effective financial planning and analysis.

• Executing accounting functions and managing budget processes.

• Leveraging financial analysis skills for capital management.

• Forecasting and modeling for budgeting purposes.

• Engaging with C-Suite for financial decisions and planning.

• Wearing multiple hats and adapting to various responsibilities as needed.

Requirements • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the Waste, Refuse & Environmental Waste Management industry

• Proficient in financial software such as 3M, Adaptive Insights, and ERP Solutions

• Strong understanding of accounting functions and capital management

• Proven experience with budget processes, including budgeting and forecasting

• Familiarity with CapEx and financial analysis

• Ability to work effectively with C-Suite executives and other senior management

• Proficient in finance-related forecasting and modeling

• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Must have a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field

• Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in business matters

• Demonstrated ability to drive financial planning processes

• Must be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
