Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Kaukauna, Wisconsin

Responsibilities

  • Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Receive and send written business correspondence

  • Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion

  • Handle incoming telephone calls Requirements - Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

  • Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

  • Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

  • Adeptness in Administrative Office

  • Foundational knowledge in Take Orders

  • JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience

  • Experience with Email Correspondence

  • Customer service experience desired

  • Strong familiarity with Customer Shipments

  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications

  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

  • 1+ years of past relevant experience

  • Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
