How you will make an impact

  • Receive and place telephone calls

  • Receive and send written business correspondence

  • You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion Requirements - 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Foundational knowledge in Phone Lines

  • Resolve Customer Issues experience highly preferred

  • Previous experience working with Delivery Schedule

  • Inbound Telephone Calls experience desired

  • Assist Customers experience

  • Strong familiarity with Multiple Phone

  • Background working with Scheduled Appointments

  • Demonstrated knowledge of External Customers

  • Earlier work involving Supporting Schedule

  • General familiarity with import customer service

  • Good understanding of Schedule Meetings

  • Multi-line Phone Systems experience required

  • Adeptness in customer service

  • Practical knowledge of Resolve Customer Service

  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired

  • Supportive, positive attitude with a detail oriented demeanour applied to all tasks

  • No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

    • Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications

  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills
