How you will make an impact
Receive and place telephone calls
Receive and send written business correspondence
You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion Requirements - 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
Strong problem-solving skills
Foundational knowledge in Phone Lines
Resolve Customer Issues experience highly preferred
Previous experience working with Delivery Schedule
Inbound Telephone Calls experience desired
Assist Customers experience
Strong familiarity with Multiple Phone
Background working with Scheduled Appointments
Demonstrated knowledge of External Customers
Earlier work involving Supporting Schedule
General familiarity with import customer service
Good understanding of Schedule Meetings
Multi-line Phone Systems experience required
Adeptness in customer service
Practical knowledge of Resolve Customer Service
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
Supportive, positive attitude with a detail oriented demeanour applied to all tasks
No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Strong customer service and office administrative skills
