Robert Half Director of Marketing in Kennesaw, Georgia


We are seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Marketing to lead our marketing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth, increase brand awareness, and maximize revenue. The Director of Marketing will oversee the development of marketing campaigns, manage the marketing team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including brand positioning, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high performance and growth.

  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and create effective marketing plans.

  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with overall company goals.

  • Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and track performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns.

  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, content, and digital assets across various channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand representation.

  • Evaluate and implement innovative marketing techniques, leveraging digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and other emerging trends.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and external agencies to support marketing initiatives.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • 10+ years of proven experience in marketing roles, with at least X years in a leadership or managerial position.

  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.

  • Proficiency in utilizing marketing tools, CRM software, analytics platforms, and understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • A passion for staying updated with industry trends and a continuous learner mindset.
