Robert Half Accounting Clerk in Key West, Florida
Description
Robert Half Contract talent is currently working with Hospitality Group who is seeking to add an accounting clerk (temporary to hire).

Overview of duties:
Generate customer invoices accurately and promptly.
Monitor accounts receivable aging, and ensure to follow up on overdue accounts.
Prepare and post journal entries for accruals, adjustments, and other financial activities.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Set up payment arrangements with customer who have past due accounts
Process customer payments and reconcile accounts receivable ledger.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to customer payments.
Record daily financial transactions into the general ledger.
Requirements
Bachelor of Accounting or Finance is preferred not mandatory
Bilingual- english and spanish
Quickbooks or other accounting software experience
Intermediate Excel is a must
