Description We are inviting applications for the role of Market Director of Sales based in Key West, Florida. This role entails managing and directing sales strategies within the industry, primarily focusing on client management, hospitality management, and sales. This role provides an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and hospitality management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

• Lead and manage the sales team to ensure maximum productivity and sales efficiency.

• Engage in client management activities to maintain and grow existing client relationships.

• Drive hospitality management initiatives to improve customer experience and satisfaction.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in sales strategies and techniques.

• Monitor and analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives.

• Provide training and coaching to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.

• Report on sales performance and provide insights for management decision-making. Requirements • Proven experience in a similar role as a Market Director of Sales or equivalent

• Demonstrated proficiency in client management

• Strong background in hospitality management

• Significant sales experience, preferably in a leadership role

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Strong strategic planning and execution skills

• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team

• Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management software

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Innovation starts with people.®
